Description
VAROVA is a foreign female hyur of Gyr Abanian origin, 30s, lithe build. NOTABLE FEATURES include and light-colored hair and eyes of two differing colors; one brown, the other a piercing pale violet. Sightings frequently describe Varova in a white coat and hat, bearing a gold revolver. Reports of encounters with Varova describe her as having an UNNATURAL, UNNERVING PRESENCE and has been seen SPEAKING TO HERSELF as if madness has taken her.
VICTIMS consist of those who cross Varova on the road, often other vagrants and criminals, but a number of innocents have also fallen to her cruel magicks. All victims, despite no reported fatal encounters with Varova as yet, bear IDENTICAL WHITE SCARS of an unidentifiable sigil presumed to be the MARK OF A CURSE. Effects of this curse include a gradual descent into madness as the afflicted are OVERCOME WITH RELIGIOUS FERVOR and throw themselves into prayer to the detriment of themselves and those dear to them.
Varova has PREVIOUSLY SOUGHT BOUNTIES in cooperation with other hunters, guising her twisted vigilantism as a crusade to rehabilitate other criminals, and instead stripping them of their opportunity to seek reform of their own volition after proper justice has been served by the Wing of Protection.
Citizens are encouraged to REPORT ALL POTENTIAL SIGHTINGS of Varova to the Dustwatch or Landsguard and avoid direct confrontation unless fully prepared to subdue and apprehend a woman wielding foul magicks and other possible deadly arms. All information on Varova's whereabouts or that of any accomplices will be LIBERALLY REWARDED.
